Lots of deaths caused by
poverty and are taking place on almost daily basis. Pakistan's dismal health statistics
show that thousands of people, most of them children - die annually due to preventable diseases and lack of access to basic health care. District Chakwal is no different,
with 1.2 Million populations, scatter in ill equipped Villages, are also suffering same fate. Similarly, our aims here again is to cater for basic health
care inadequacy that exist in this
district for poor people and provide primary health care facilities at no cost.
List of services cater or being planned for Free Health Care Clinic are as follow:

Providing patients with free
medication as well as laboratory and surgical facilities with appropriate state
of the art

Disseminating information in both urban and rural areas about eye related diseases and preventive measures

Collaborating with other welfare organisations to run
outreach programmes
To arrange health camps where
economically disadvantaged people can come for free primary health care
